Volotea had good news for Lille, France
Volotea opened its new base at Lille Airport in April. It’s the largest airline operating out of the field, with 15 destinations, including six new bones launched this time Cagliari, Calvi, Palma de Mallorca, Palermo, Split, and Varna. By setting up in Lille, Volotea will directly produce 30 new original jobs and will laterally produce 25 jobs.
With this new base, Volotea is expanding its presence in Lille and will offer an aggregate of seats across its 15 destinations. Volotea is also the only airline to serve Montpellier, Perpignan, Cagliari, Palermo, Varna, and Split from Lille Airport in 2022.
Lille – Cagliari
Starting from June 2, 2022, Volotea will operate the Lille – Cagliari route once a week (Thursdays). The company will offer roughly seats on this new route.
Lille – Calvi
Starting from June 4, Volotea will operate the Lille – Calvi route once a week (Saturdays). The company will offer seats on this new route. This new connection between Lille Airport and Calvi-Sainte Catherine Airport adds to the three routes to Corsica (Ajaccio, Bastia, and Figari).
Lille – Palma de Mallorca
Starting from May 16, 2022, Volotea will operate the Lille – Palma de Mallorca route once a week (Mondays). The company will offer seats on this new connection from Lille Airport to Palma de Mallorca Airport, which is its biggest destination in Spain.
Lille – Palermo
Starting from May 27, 2022, Volotea will operate the Lille – Palermo route once a week (Fridays). This is the airline’s alternate route to Italy from Lille and will offer seats.
Lille – Split
Starting from May 8, 2022, Volotea’s will operate the Lille – Split route once a week (Sundays). This is the airline’s first route to Croatia from Lille and will offer seats.
Lille – Varna
Starting from May 17, 2022, Volotea”s will operate the Lille – Varna route once a week (Tuesdays). The company will offer seats on this new connection from Lille to Varna Airport, which is its biggest destination in Bulgaria.
This time, the airline will offer 15 destinations operating out of Lille Airport, in five countries Bulgaria (Varna), Croatia (Split), France (Ajaccio, Bastia, Bordeaux, Calvi, Figari, Montpellier, Nantes, Nice, Perpignan and Toulouse), Italy (Cagliari and Palermo) and Flights to Spain (Palma de Mallorca). Volotea has transported nearly a million passengers to and from Lille since 2012.
